1. Selecting The Outfit

Etsy is a wonderful resource for buying custom made outfits that will make this photo session memorable. Please make sure to wash and iron the outfit(s) so they are picture ready. Anything your little one(s) wears in the session MUST BE WELL FITTED. It is best to select a top for the outfit that is a onesie style as that will stay tucked in. We will not be able to keep stoping to tuck in shirt tails and what-not! Anything that is too big & loose will not photograph well. Once your little ones outfit is ready, think about hair & accessories that will go with the outfit. Some of the items that are easily missed are a diaper cover, hair accessory, necklace, lacy socks, etc. It's the little things that complete the look. 

3. Please Note... about Snacks/Sippy Cups During The Session

It is best NOT to offer snacks, a bottle/sippy cup to your little one during the session. Make sure your little one does not arrive hungry or thirsty. If they are eating immediately prior to the session, all food stains need to be cleaned from face, hands and clothing prior to entering the studio - as this will not be edited out of your images.

2.  Arrive Photo Ready!

Make sure the all the food crusty's are cleaned off the face and fingers and finger nails are clean and stain free.

If there is a second outfit, or parent portraits in your selected package, come ready to change.

4. What's Included

The length of the session from start to end is considered continuous shooting time in the studio. Your selected package contained a specified number of images from your proof gallery, with the option to add on more (see below).

No pet or sibling images will be allowed during this session. Parent portraits are included in select packages only.

5. After Your Session

You will receive your proof gallery of images for selection with 7 days after the session date (not including weekends and holidays).

You will have 3 days to select your favorite images. If your favorites are not submitted before the proof gallery expires there is a $50 reactivation fee for the proof gallery extension of 24 hours.

6. Editing Timeline & More Images

Refer to your contract/invoice for the number of images included in the package you have selected.

If you submit additional files for purchase, you will receive an invoice within 3 business days. Once signed and paid, your images will go into the editing que.
